So if you've ever been overwhelmed by the thought of making ribs, use this recipe! I never in a million years thought that I'd make ribs on my own, but here we are. Just call me Pioneer Lady. Kidding. But not about the ribs. They'll will make your taste buds' dance!

1. Cut ribs into thirds.

2. Lather up baby back ribs with seasoning of your choice. I used steak seasoning from our local butcher.

3. Add BBQ sauce of your choice and lather. I used Sweet Baby Rays.

4. Add 1 cup of water to your crock pot and cook on low heat for 8 hours.

5. Lather with another layer of bbq sauce.

6. Heat over to 350, once ready cook for 1 hour.

7.Turn over to broil, cook for 10 minutes.

8. Let cool and serve!

We like ours with potato salad and asparagus, but would also recommend macaroni, green beans, mashed potatoes or cornbread. Enjoy!

Are you trying to eat healthy but tired of the same few meals? This is sure to spice up your life! It is absolutely delicious and healthy for you, so eat it up BUTTERCUP!

You are welcome to add chicken or beef to this recipe if you'd like more protein.

Serves 2

Ingredients:

1 Spaghetti Squash

1/3 cup light olive oil

Garlic

Pepper

House of Tsang Peanut Sauce

Heat Oven to 400.

Cut Spaghetti Squash in half and scoop out seeds and pulp, you can throw this out.

Place each piece of squash face up on pan and drizzle olive oil on top.

Sprinkle a thin layer of garlic and pepper on each and let them cook for 30 minutes.

Remove from oven, let cool for a few minutes, then scrap "spaghetti" out!

Scoop onto plate, and spread House of Tsang Peanut Sauce.

If you like a little crunch you can also add peanuts on top, also adds a little protein if you are vegetarian!

Enjoy!

Looking back to the day I met Rosalyn, it was a beautiful sunny day at a Posh-N-Sip in Atlanta, June 2019! I can't believe it's only been a year, because she feels like a life-long friend. She has this light about her and I'm pretty sure she has never met a stranger. We bonded and have become close PFFs, learning and growing together! She and I hosted a Posh-N-Sip together, then I was beyond proud when she was a speaker at the 2019 December Posh Party Live in Atlanta.

One of her very natural strengths is connection with the community. She is so real and relentlessly supportive. This comes through in the app as well. She always communicates with the people who are visiting her closet. Make a connection, and maybe you can make #poshstacks like Ros ;)

Read the Q&A below to get to know her even better!

For the readers that haven't met you yet, tell us about yourself!

I started selling on Poshmark in 2016. I was looking for something to do from home and make extra money. I didn’t think at the time that Poshmark will turn into my passion . It made me come out of my shell and revived the love I had for fashion . I have made so many friends from around the United States and in my hometown. This community is amazing!!!!

Tell us about the community you have been connecting with!

I’m so happy to have found more Hispanic people in our reselling community. We have formed this amazing group of support and friendship through our passion for reselling. I’m so happy to being able to help each other and answer questions in our own language.

Your Tik Tok's are amazing! Any tips for people new to TikTok? How are you using these video's to bring people to your Poshmark Closet?

I started doing TikTok videos last January and I have to say that I’m learning something new everyday using the app. Is a perfect platform to develop your own creativity and is another way to promote your business, rather than just using pictures. Tiktok makes it look fun and fresh. I have so much fun using it!!!

Do you resell on other platforms? If so, what do you use?

I’m also been reselling on Mercari since 2017 and I find it pretty similar to Poshmark. Without the shares and the awesome community that you can find on Poshmark .

Rumor has it you are the Mercari QUEEN! I have NOT been lucky since relisting on Mercari. Any tips?

I don’t consider myself a Queen of anything . Mercari for me is a great platform to cross-list from Poshmark. When things don’t sell on Poshmark they will probably sell on Mercari. My best tip for Mercari is to always check what’s trending there and list it. I always do free shipping with every listing on Mercari to attract more buyers. I also used the promote button like otl on Poshmark. I noticed that like Poshmark, you have to be listing all the time . Don’t forget to use hashtags for your listings on the space provided for your item. You can also list things on Mercari that Poshmark won’t allow you to, so that’s a plus.

What is your biggest flip?

My biggest flip so far was my daughter’s Prom dress. The funny thing was that the buyer was from Georgia too.

What was your favorite find?

My favorite find was a Versace belt that I’m still thinking about listing.

What was your biggest recent accomplishment?

My biggest accomplishments this year so far was to be featured in Good Housekeeping Magazine in an article dedicated to help people find an extra income working from home and also I was part of the first Virtual Posh Party Live !!!!

If you don't already, make sure to follow her on Poshmark and Instagram: Magnuships

Like I mentioned, she's never met a stranger! :)
