Blogging 101

Some of y'all might be shaking your heads at me, thinking Ansley why are you starting a blog when you know nothing about blogging? Well Rome wasn't built in a day! Life is about growth and this is going to be a fun project for me to practice my writing skills and learn something new! I have so many ideas and I cannot wait to share them with you! Besides, a blog is much easier for sharing information than instagram.

Do you want to start a blog?

Pick out what website you want to use. There are many different websites you can use but I think this one (Wix) is the easiest. If you are tech- savvy you should be able to figure out within a few hours. This website is a great place to start for beginners because it is completely free. There is no financial risk in starting.

Decide on a topic. What thoughts do you want to share? Who is your audience?

Incorporate your brand. If you have started curating a vibe / brand, make sure to incorporate that in your blog as well. You can customize everything, including colors, photos, and fonts.
